Plans & subscription

OpsPilot is a subscription product with a full-featured trial. There is no tiered edition matrix and no feature you have to negotiate for: every capability OpsPilot has is included. This page covers the commercial terms: the price, what the trial gives you, what happens when it ends, and what the subscription covers.

The 15-day trial

Install OpsPilot and start working. No card, no quote, no sales call.

For 15 days you get the complete product, with two limits:

  • AI is enabled on up to 2 sessions at a time. Every AI capability is available on those sessions: diagnosis, proposals, the approval gate, redaction, AI Providers and connected AI Assistants.
  • You can open up to 10 sessions at once, counting AI-enabled and AI-disabled sessions together. So you might run two AI-assisted sessions alongside eight ordinary terminals.

Ten concurrent sessions is a realistic working day for most engineers, and two AI-enabled sessions is enough to evaluate the product against a real incident rather than a toy one.

After the trial

When the 15 days are up, OpsPilot does not stop working and it does not lock your data.

You keep the terminal. Every connection type, your saved connections, groups, environments, the file explorer and editor, transfers, port forwarding, remote desktop and hypervisor consoles all continue to work exactly as before.

The AI layer switches off. AI Providers, connected AI Assistants, command proposals, the approval workflow and remote operation through the tunnel become unavailable until you subscribe.

Nothing is deleted. Your providers, Command Safety profiles and Data Handling profiles stay configured, and they come straight back the moment a subscription is active.

Subscribing

$5 per user, per month. You can subscribe at any point:

  • On day one, before the trial starts, if you already know you want it.
  • Any time during the trial, which lifts the session limits immediately.
  • After the trial, which restores the AI layer with your configuration intact.

Subscribing removes the 2-session AI cap and the 10-session total cap, and keeps every AI capability available for as long as the subscription is active.

To subscribe, or to ask anything about billing, contact NubeStack through the support channel supplied with your subscription or distribution.

What the subscription includes

  • Unlimited concurrent sessions, with AI available on all of them
  • All ten AI providers, including local and self-hosted models
  • All AI assistant integrations and remote operation through the secure tunnel
  • The full safety layer: approval gating, Command Safety profiles, Data Handling profiles
  • Product updates
  • Support

A note on AI costs

The $5 subscription covers OpsPilot itself. Inference is billed by whichever provider you choose, and you hold that relationship directly. Two ways to make it cost nothing: run a local model with Ollama, or connect a Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot subscription you already pay for as an AI Assistant.
